Ingredients:
Spring onion - 100gms
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Garlic - 4 cloves
Green chilli - 1
Urad Dhal - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste.
Method:
- In a pan heat one tsp of oil, add urad dhal and green chillies.
- Add garlic and the onion part of the spring onion.
- Add the coriander leaves and the leaves of spring onion.
- Just saute everything for a second and transfer the contents to a blender.
- Add lemon and water and blend well.
- Now spring onion chutney is ready for serving.
