This is a substitute for regular beetroot halwa which contains high fiber and essential nutrients. Fire-less cooking. If consumed for breakfast the absorption of whole day food is enhanced.
Ingredients:
- Beetroot - 500gms (Grated)
- Jaggery - 50gms
- Banana - 1
- Coconut - 50gms
- Almonds - 10nos (Soak in the previous night, peel off the skin and grate it finely)
- Raisins( For garnishing)
Method:
In a big bowl, add grated beetroot, jaggery and mix it well.
Next add the banana and mix it well.
Add the copped coconut and mix it well.
Transfer it to a serving dish and garnish it with the grated almonds and raisins.

- Beetroot - Anti-oxidant rich (Prevents cancer cells)
- Banana - Rich source of potassium.
- Uncooked coconut - Heal the stomach ulcer.
- Soaked Almonds - Rich in Omega-3 fatty acid and good source of calcium.
- Jaggery - A substitute for sugar without chemical.
